BioLink is a page that holds your links, your work and what you sell, at an address you choose. It is operated by MORR Agency (“we”, “us”). Using it means you accept these terms.

You are responsible for it. Keep your sign-in details to yourself. Anything done from your account is treated as done by you.

You must be 13 or older. If you are under the age of majority where you live, a parent or guardian must agree to these terms on your behalf.

Handles. Your handle is yours while your account is active. We may reclaim one that impersonates somebody, infringes a trademark, or has been registered only to resell. We do not sell handles, and we will not take yours to give it to somebody who asked for it.

You own everything you put on your page and we claim no ownership of it. You give us only the permission needed to run the product: to store your files and serve your page publicly at your handle. That permission ends when you delete the content or your account.

A published page is on the open internet. Anything on it can be seen by anyone with the address and by search engines, so treat it as public the moment you publish.

• Anything illegal, or anything you do not have the rights to.
• Impersonation of another person or business.
• Malware, phishing, or links that deceive people about where they lead.
• Content that sexualises minors, incites violence, or harasses somebody.
• Schemes that take money without delivering what was promised.

We may take down a page that does these things, and close the account behind it. Where it is reasonable to do so we will tell you why first.

If you list a price or take an inquiry, the arrangement is between you and that person. We are not the seller, we do not process their payment, and we are not responsible for what is delivered. What you promise on your page is yours to honour.

People who contact you through your page are yours. We do not email them, sell their details, or use them for anything of our own.

Free and Pro. A free page works and stays up. BioLink Pro adds to it, and renews automatically each month or year until you cancel. Canceling stops the next renewal and you keep Pro until the period you paid for runs out.

Where you bought it is where you cancel it. A subscription bought here is managed in your billing settings. One bought inside an iPhone or Android app is managed by Apple or Google, because their rules require it, and we cannot cancel or refund it for you.

Refunds. Write to us. We would rather refund somebody who is unhappy in the first month than argue about it.

Price changes. If we change the price of a plan you are on, we will tell you at least 30 days before it applies, and you can cancel before it does.

If you stop paying. Your page stays up. Pro features switch off; the page itself and its address do not disappear because a card expired.

We work to keep published pages up and we do not promise they never go down. Maintenance and outages at our providers happen. There is no uptime guarantee and no service credit.

You can delete your account at any time from your settings, which takes your page off the internet permanently — see the privacy policy for exactly what goes.

We may end your access if you break these terms, if we are required to, or if we stop offering BioLink. If we stop offering it, we will give you reasonable notice and a way to get your content out.

BioLink is provided as it is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for lost sales, lost opportunities, or a page being unreachable, and our total liability to you is limited to what you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law, and if you are a consumer, your statutory rights are unaffected.

We will update the date above when these change, and tell you when the change is material. Continuing to use BioLink after that means you accept the new terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules, and disputes are heard in the state or federal courts sitting in Tennessee.

If you are a consumer outside Tennessee, this does not take away the protection of the mandatory laws of the place you live, or your right to bring a claim there.
