BioLink is a page that holds your links. This explains what we keep, why, and what visitors to your page are and are not tracked with.

What we collect

Your account. Your email address and name, from sign-up, Sign in with Apple, or Sign in with Google. If you set a profile photo, we store it.

Your page. Your handle, your bio, and everything you put on the page — links, images, prices, questions and answers, and the design you chose.

Your page’s traffic. Views and taps, counted as daily totals per page and per block. We do not store a visitor’s IP address, set a cookie on them, or build a profile of anybody who visits your page.

People who write to you. If you add a contact form or an email signup, what they enter is stored so you can read it. Those people are yours, not ours — we do not email them, sell them, or use them for anything.

Payment. If you subscribe, our payment processor holds your card details — we never see or store them. We keep which plan you are on and when it renews.

We do not collect your location, contacts, browsing history, or health data, and we do not track you or your visitors across other companies’ sites. BioLink contains no advertising or attribution SDKs.

Your page is public

Once you publish, your page is on the open internet at your handle. Anything you put on it — your name, your photo, your links, your prices — can be seen by anyone with the address, and by search engines. Unpublishing takes it down; it does not remove copies already made by others.

Who processes data for us

  • Supabase — database, file storage, and authentication
  • Vercel — hosting for the editor and for published pages
  • Apple — Sign in with Apple
  • Google — Sign in with Google
  • Stripe — payments

Each processes data on our behalf, under its own terms.

How long we keep things

Your page and its contents stay until you delete them. Traffic counts are daily totals and are kept while the page exists.

Deleting your account

You can delete your account from your settings. This takes your page off the internet and removes your profile, your page, its images and the people who wrote to you, and then removes your login. It cannot be undone.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, export or delete your personal data, and to object to certain processing. Deleting your account satisfies most deletion requests immediately. For anything else, write to us.

Children

BioLink is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information.

Changes

If this policy changes materially we will update the date above and tell you.
